How to get a Debit Card?
If you are interested in getting a Debit Card, please come in and fill out a Debit Card Application and return it to the Bank of Odessa. Upon approval, a card can be printed for you instantly in the branch. A bank associate can help you activate it onsite so it is ready to use when you walk out of the door!
Helpful Notes:
If a card is sent to you in the mail, the number you call from to activate your card must be the primary phone number you have on file with the bank.
When setting your PIN Number, ensure that it is a unique number that is difficult for others to guess. Do not share your PIN Number with anyone else.

Bank of Odessa cardholders may use their debit card at any MONEYPASS ATM to withdraw cash from their account, free of charge. Click here to locate a Moneypass ATM near you!
The Bank of Odessa has limits in place for your protection. While using your debit card you will be able to withdraw up to $400.00 per day in cash from the ATM, and you will be able to accumulate up to $900.00 per day in Point of Sale Transactions.
Monitoring for fraudulent activities is conducted 24/7. You may receive notification from our card providers if there is any suspicious activity on your account.
If you plan to travel, please notify the Bank of Odessa to prevent suspicion of fraudulent activity.
You can not place a Stop Payment order on an ATM or Debit Card transaction. If you see a transaction that you did not initiate, you will need contact the Bank of Odessa immediately.
The cardholder is the only individual authorized to speak to the Bank of Odessa about their account. You may not request or report any information if you are not the owner of the card in question.

If your debit card is lost or stolen, you should always contact the bank directly. If the bank is closed and you cannot reach a representative, you can call 1.844.202.5333 to deactivate your card and prevent any fraudulent charges from transpiring. However, you must still call the Bank of Odessa as soon as they reopen for business so they can maintenance your account; including closing your current card and ordering a replacement.
You also have access to card controls within your Bank of Odessa Online Banking or Mobile App. Using these controls, you can turn your card OFF so no one else can use it to make fraudulent purchases until you are able to get your card replaced through the bank.
